At the Ritchie Law Firm, we are paid only if you collect. If you have been injured or have lost a loved one as a result of someone else's carelessness, we would like to help you. You can see us for free. In fact, we're paid only if we win your claim and you collect.
In Virginia, the law requires all attorneys to hold clients responsible for the expenses required to process their cases. We advance these expenses, interest free, to maximize the value of your claim and relieve financial burdens on you while we handle your case and seek fair and complete compensation for all of your injuries and damages. All cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. We're paid a fee only if we win your claim and you collect.
