The Ritchie Law Firm was established in 1986 by Roger A. Ritchie, who is a native of Rockingham County in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. In addition to Roger Ritchie, the practice benefits from five additional attorneys, who are well-equipped to serve the needs of injured persons in Virginia and West Virginia:

Roger Ritchie, founder and senior partner, is a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and designated as Advocate of the National College of Advocacy.
