John Krall, an attorney with the Ritchie Law Firm since 1991, practices primarily in the areas of automobile/tractor trailer collisions and medical negligence. He has extensive jury trial experience and has successfully represented hundreds of seriously injured persons.
Robert B. Guntharp
Attorney
Robert Guntharp has extensive trial experience and a broad background in personal injury and negligence law. Over the years he has represented hundreds of injured clients and their families. His practice covers the range of personal injury claims, but is concentrated on automobile/tractor trailer collisions, dangerous products, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, injuries to children, wrongful death, brain injuries, and other cases involving serious injuries and permanent disabilities.
Michael L. Ritchie

Michael Ritchie is an attorney at the Ritchie Law Firm with extensive experience in a wide range of injury cases. Mike’s practice has included representing individuals who have been injured by pharmaceutical drugs, dangerous products, tractor-trailer collisions, dog attacks, automobile collisions and other instances of where the carelessness of others causes serious injury. Mike also helps the injured and disabled to successfully navigate the worker’s compensation and social security disability systems.
Alvaro Inigo

Al joined the Ritchie Law Firm in 2011 and is the firm’s primary counsel for the Charlottesville and Staunton offices. Throughout his career, Al has concentrated his practice on civil litigation and has acquired substantial jury trial experience in a wide variety of negligence cases. Al currently focuses his practice exclusively on representing injured persons in the areas of personal injury and worker’s compensation, as well as Social Security disability matters.
Kenneth C. Kettler

Kenneth “KC” Kettler is the most recent addition to the Ritchie Law Firm. Before moving to the Shenandoah Valley, KC clerked for a Circuit Court Judge in Danville, Virginia. KC handles all aspects of personal injury law, protecting the rights of those who have been injured. Recently, KC has begun to focus his practice on helping disabled individuals win Social Security disability claims and protecting car accident victims from being taken advantage of by the insurance companies.
Andrea J. Geiger
Attorney
Andrea J. Geiger recently moved to the Staunton area to be closer to her family and join the Ritchie Law Firm. She spent the past twenty years in the Richmond area, practicing law and raising her son, who now works at August Health in Staunton.
Andrea (Andee) studied Economics and Philosophy at UVA, and graduated magna cum laude from The University of Richmond School of Law in 2003. Since that time, her practice has been exclusively focused on serving the injured. She has represented victims of 9/11, assault, medical negligence, defective products, and reckless driving. She has successfully tried cases all over the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Andee is licensed in all Virginia state courts, E.D. of Virginia and W.D. of Virginia, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, West Virginia state courts and N.D. W.V., and U.S. Supreme Court. When she is not working, Andee enjoys traveling with her family and going to see comedians perform.
